The Race will Start at the Freeland Road Bridge and finish at the Freeland Memorial Park.  Need not to be present to win.  Maximum number of Raffle Tickets for each race is 600.  If less than 200 tickets are sold for either race, the event will revert to a 50/50 Raffle with a minimum prize of $300.00
